Paid expensive delivery fee but not delivered
I ordered in Mariwasa,17 Sumulong Hi-way Brgy. Mambugan Antipolo City on March 20, 2021. We paid what we ordered including the expensive DELIVERY CHARGE of 650 pessos. This order was not DELIVERED to us and we were not REFUNDED as well. We have to personally PICKED UP the goods we have ordered despite paying 650 pesos delivery fee. The personnel of MNARIWASA are lazy and incompetent who doesnt know how to coordinate at this age of smartphones, email, and etc...... We almost ran into an argument when they refused to service my assistant because THEY WERE ON LUNCH!!! and WE HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN!!!!
I advised the public that if you do not have your own logistics, dont order from them It is easier to buy from a local hardware as they are easier to speak
with.
The total goods I ordered was 11,000 pesos plus 650 pesos DELIVERY CHARGED that was NOT DELIVERED.
This will be my first and last order from MARIWASA.
