I did not realized that people gave them this low stars. All the blames on me.

After completing my final two months of work, I was not paid. Despite clear, documented proof of the work I completed, I was told that I “had not worked enough.” This statement was both unfair and insulting. Shortly after that, all communication stopped, and I have been completely ignored.
I have worked for Ole for two years, in which he always refused a written contract, communication with him was awful and almost impossible at times, and he treated most of his employees that way- delaying salary, ignoring messages and calls, lying about the payments, and then not paying at all in the end. After I asked him to pay my salaries for the last two months I have worked for him, he blocked me out of my work account and email, so that I couldn’t contact him anymore.
Late salary payments were a chronic problem during my time with this company, sometimes delayed by months. The fact that I am aware of other former and current employees facing similar situations strongly suggests this is not a one-off issue, but a repeated pattern.
It is extremely disappointing to see a company treat people this way. If you value fair treatment, transparency, and actually getting paid for your work, I strongly recommend thinking twice before working here, because in the end it turns out this company is just scamming people.

I worked as a graphic designer in this company for a year. At first it was interesting. Ole Bangstein was always friendly. Initially there was a probationary period of three months with a small salary. After that the salary was only 200 euros more. But because of the friendly attitude of the team towards me, I agreed to work. However, Ole began to delay the salary. He began to make false promises or ignore messages. After the team of designers did not receive their salary for 3 months, everyone stopped working in markedsmateriell. Ole began to invent non-existent reasons for paying only part of the salary and soon stopped responding at all. Reading negative reviews from other people, you understand how dishonest the director of the company is and not only in relation to his employees. Be careful and do not cooperate with scammers.
