Harrasing verbal abuse after getting spam calls from these pests.. will be reporting them for GDPR breaches and harrasing phone calls.. totally unprofessional.

Markets Cube keep spamming me with unsolicited marketing phone calls. They refuse to put me on their 'do not call' list, either just ignoring the question or saying "I'm not senior enough to do that" They purposefully draw out the conversation as long as possible - presumably the call centre employees are paid commission based on the lengths of the calls. They get aggressive when you repeatedly say that you're not interested.

All the makings of a scam. False names used for a start.....

Started with them in Jan/Feb 2019. What a nightmare. They start out so professional. They hound you until you feel maybe they are good and as a first time trader its your ignorance and gullability that will get you into trouble. I had a chap Arthur Fischer who seems so nice and he gave me lots of learning material. Then he would set a session and phone or email. I then decided to cancel and withdraw funds, Brian from one of the dept said I need to close the trade, not sure what to do, I did get it closed and then a chap Chris called and convinced me not to cancel and I didnt. Never heard from anyone. So I cancelled again and I luckily only put in 250 pounds but its my money (or so they keep saying) until you want withdraw. Doesn't happen.....ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!
They cancel my trade but I have never received the refund and for all of those the reviewers who say how happy you are, you will be while trading...TRY DRAWING OUT YOUR MONEY. A GREAT REVELATION.

If you watch some youtube videos as see how they set up the scam, you will be horrified. I was, wish I had done so before,..

started trading with markets cube around 18 months ago,over this time iv invested nearly £40.000 and not made anything iv had three account managers they always called me when margin was low pressuring me to put more money in to the account and promising me a great returns put got nothing back. Got myself in so much trouble stay away need my money back can anyone help

I have been with the Company for over a year now and unfortunately have endured a bad experience to start with on an old account, However since investing in a new account 50 days ago Micheal Hutch has been my account manager, who has turned my thoughts of the company around. Micheal has called me every business working day at a specific time to help me by teaching me how to be more successful at running my account, hence learning from my previous mistakes. Micheal is trustworthy and I hope that our good relationship can continue for many years to come. I would probably recommend the company to others if I was asked by them who wished to invest.

I started to trade with this company about 3 months ago. So far the experience was great. I got Michael Hutch as a broker and he really takes is time to teach me more about the business and we already make some money together. The best thing for me about Michael and MC is to understand why the positions go up and down and make my investments realising that its something to close in 24h or in 4 months.

I feel more comfortable each day and im making more money over here with my small investment than i make in a bank or in other business.

I think it´s a great online service with good people helping you on the other side. I have already recommended to my friends because it´s not so much about the money that you have to invest it´s more how you invest and in my case i needed someone that teach me how to do it.

I started to trade with this company 2.5 months ago and have nothing but praise for the quality of customer care I have received. It has permitted me to get quickly up the admittedly steep learning curve when beginning to trade in CFDs. This is due to:

1) Consistent daily telephone support from my assigned account manager - great support, great trading and great profits. Patient help with resolution of challenges.

2) Excellent twice-daily webinars to augment appreciation of the market conditions and the use of the Sirix software trading platform.

3) Trustworthy support from the Compliance Department - providing documentation of injections and withdrawals of capital and contracts.

I still have much to learn, but in summary, I cannot recommend MarketsCube highly enough!

Well, have seen a lot of negative comments about Markets Cube (MC).
Let me teel you my experience with them.
About 4 months ago I started with my account, minimum 220 euros (people say there is no mention of minumum value on MC, but I was informed right away of that value), I had never seen a trading platform before in my life, did not have a clue of what trading was!!!

My account manager, Mr. Boris Hunt, helped me understand the platform and what the world of trading is. Must say that he called me three times a day to guide me in the First 2 months. We still talk every single day to discuss the market.
Another big plus with MC are the webinars (with Mr. Christian Kennedy) that happens twice a day, where we learn about how to use the platform and to discuss the market as well! Let me tell you, that is a huge help for someone that is starting and even for someone who has experience. You can never learn too much.
So, after 4 months I have grown my account more than 100%. There has been a few losses (mainly due to my lack of experience) but the gains are far greater. I started with 220 euros, than put in 10K right now my account is over 26k. Not bad for 4 months.

I am angry that somehow they got my phone number. They've been calling me twice a day. Lately, I am seeing a lot of people lost their accounts. I suspect that they are a scam since I also found they are an unlicensed broker. There is no reason for them to stick around. I think they will disappear soon and run off with many investors' money. Stay away.

MarketsCube – a grandiose, bombastic scam! I’m writing about a terrible contrast between its public face (good designe) and real activity. What impresses very deep – one thing I would say occuring for the first time in the scamming history – is the fact, that a customer, in that case me, can’t (couldn’t in past and can’t now) get his money from positive balance and with no obligations to the MC: because – the Withdrawal formular after beeing filled out is just simply blocked! The support answers they would inform my account manager (why?!). He in turn gives a 40 min. lecture where You can’t to push into and feel like a rabbit in front of cobra. And…? Everything remains as it was! And so several times till the balance is quite miserable in comparison with the previous time… Can I recommend this company? Of course not. Rather I’d like to advice the responsible for that sphare institutions to look closer to that phenomenon.

Please stay away from this broker it's a scam they pressed me to invest around 35000.00€ and they lost almost all of it and they don'tanswer phones or emails they don't get back to me and closed my account they stole my money and now i'm full of problems because of them please keep away from them !!!!

At first I lost money when I was trading my account. Then I upgraded to premium account were you copy your brokers trades I have doubled my account from £5000 to £10,000 within four days, I call that excellent my brokers name is Chris Wayne.

I have been trading with a broker, my account manager. He helped me make a bunch of small, yet very succesfull trades.

My manager had a very hard time keeping track of time and then accused me later on of not picking up the phone, when he would call me an hour out of schedule. One day my money was withdrawn to my bank account, but when I told my manager, I did not do it, he wouldn't believe me on my word. I believe, it may have been him doing it, which concerns me.

I have no further intention to be a part of Marketscube, but I didn't loose anything, I made a small amount. In my opinion they have skilled traders, who want to pass, what they know onto their costumers, so they can make new independent traders. And apparently it wasn't a problem to withdraw money from their site in my case.

Personally, I'm extremely happy with them. Made my first deposit 2 weeks ago the minimum of 250 dollars, so far i have profited 120 dollars, and for me this is huge, i was so skeptical but those guys proof me wrong. My account manager is taking his time explaining and guiding me. They know my situation and really think to reinvest in the future.

Total rip off,please stay away from marketscube,they are scam,ripped me off $100,000 from my my account without no trace,claiming i traded and i lost which i never did,big scam marketscube,tried reaching them explaining my ordeal but they locked me out,had to reach out to Frankcaldwell@cyberservices,com for quick recovery and am glad he delivered.

In fact, $150 is not much compared to larger deals. EUR/USD is a high-volatility currency pair that constantly changes direction from growth to fall, and you need to do the detailed market analysis to avoid bad trades. I have 1.5 years of trading experience and I have not heard of Markets Cube before, but now I have opened an account with them and I want to try. I'll write a bit later about the results of the trade.

I opened an account with them and put $500 on it. And I was very upset when I lost $150 after the first deal (traded on eur/usd). Now I have $350 on my account and I doubt if it's worth continuing to trade with this broker. I'm new in forex and don't understand this situation... Is it normal to lose $150 on first trade?
