i ordered 2 botls of bols blackberry brandy and only received 1 the money was in the bank.now i set here with nothing to drink. and i didnt receive a receipt. but i did like the length of time in which i received my order.i will place another order on the 18th. r would u let me place a order today and charge me on the 18th....yes r..no..???.....thanks...bill

Your prices a reasonable. However after paying for shipping sometimes it does not pay to buy. If there was a way not to pay for shipping I probably would order more

I just went to Marketview for the first time a couple of weeks ago. After I placed and order (2 wines, 6 bottles each) I was contacted about one of the wines, saying that the vintage I selected was no longer available and how about the next year? I said sure. When the wine arrived, I discovered that the other wine had been replaced with a later vintage as well. Had I known about this change, I probably would have declined. Needless to say, I was a bit bugged. I contacted them and talked (emailed) back and forth to "Tom". It is Tom that will keep me as a customer. Mistakes happen but its the customer service that makes the difference between "okay, no problem" and "I'm never shopping here again". He was responsive, courteous, and took ownership as opposed to giving me a load of excuses. We worked something out and I left a happy customer.

My only critique about Marketview is that they might do a better job updating their online inventory so when you order a certain vintage and it says "in stock", it really is in stock.

A local restaurant stopped carrying a great pinot noir. We found it online at Marketview Liquor, and have ordered it twice. Ordering is simple, packaging is sturdy, and delivery is quick. Definitely recommend!

I was so happy to be able to go to this website and from home order wine I love and can not get in area. It was quick and easy and price great. Would recc. Wine came in box, no issues! You have to be home to accept delivery. Love this site will be ordering more.

Some of these items are not available in my state so I went to find them for shipping to me via an internet purchase. The box was sent to me very well packaged and all bottles arrived in good condition. Overall a very good shopping experience.

Market View practices good old fashion people care....I hope they will consider more discounted shipping, certainly would increase my orders.

I've used Marketview for over 6 months. Great prices and no fuss efficient service.

It would be great if they had a better shipping price for more than 1 case of wine.

Although I purchased a case of the wine I was inquiring about I would have appreciated more direct answers to the questions I asked (cost of delivery to a NY address -- found out only at checkout (though I had given an address; whether better vintages were available -- no comment. It was a genuine question, and could have been answered by referring to, say, the points awarded a later or earlier vintage). I went through with the purchase, though, because the price was better than others, even with the shipping charges from New Rochelle to NYC..

Two-day shipment took eight days. Prodict was right, price was good, but delivery was way longer than promised.
