Bad service

Mark Moran in Vaucluse is a fabulous Age Care facility and the staff I have met are lovely - it is priced accordingly but there is no doubt it is excellent.
There are some issues with the quality of food given to residents which my 95 year old father in law mentions regularly.
Today they caused me to write this review - we had arranged a Christmas Zoom meeting from UK and the Mark Moran Team failed to set it up for Dad - the matter was arranged in advance, reminders sent yet nothing on the day.
Poor, particularly during these difficult Corona virus times.
