I'm delighted with my purchase from this watch store. The delivery was secure, and my order arrived in perfect condition, without any issues.

Having purchased my Rado watch from Mark Worthington in 2008, when I lived near Wilmslow, when looking for another watch, I went back to them. Living 80 miles away, had to do this purchase over the phone. Harley was fantastic from the start and throughout. Immaculate watch which arrived next day, outstanding communication back and forth and even with the follow up afterward, Andy was a great help with the small problem I had. Made an enquiry to part ex my watch so was asked to send in the details which I did twice ! Despite potentially spending a lot of money with these guys I didnt receive either a phone call or acknowledgement of email.- Really dissapointing and poor service :(

Great, professional service from Harley. I was particularly keen to ensure that I closed the deal on the Watch that I was interested in, having recently missed out on Rolex Submariner. Following a telephone conversation with Harley I was able to reserve a Panerai Submersible, by leaving a small deposit. I received the watch a few days later, it was exactly as described, immaculate condition, and a great price.

Just been to the shop to P/X a watch against a new one- never dealt with these gents before but was recommended by my brother who has had numerous previous experiences with them - I really cannot fault the 2 lads I saw- Tim and Harley- professional and courteous and very knowledgeable - they sorted everything out without any fuss and they gave me alternative options rather than just push for the sale - very refreshing to have a hassle-free experience- I would definitely recommend them - thank you gents 👍👌👌

Servicing to my Breitling. Excellent service.

I took my Breitling watch here for a new strap and left it with them.
When I returned to collect my watch the strap looked great and all times set and so I left happy.
Later that day I put my watch back in it’s box and back into my safe as I do with all my watches.
A few days later I took the watch out of the safe and tried to turn the winder to set the time but it had been over tightened and came off in my hand!!
I immediately called this company back and informed them they have obviously done this and asked them to fix it.
Their response was “it must have been like that when I brought it in”! I explained to them if it was like this when I brought it in then how did you set the correct time?
To which their response was “oh you must have damaged it when you left the shop”!!!
To say I was fuming is an understatement as I have been a good customer of Mark Worthington and purchased over 30k on watches with them and I always take extremely good care of all my watch collection.
I can not believe that they damaged my watch and did not accept responsibility to repair.
They have been shocking and the lack of service and professionalism means I will NEVER use them again and indeed I would advise never to use them.
They take your watch away from the location to have it looked at elsewhere and to try and blame me is just astonishing.
I WOULD STRONGLY ACVISE NEVER TO USE THIS COMPANY.

I have had a fantastic overall experience with Mark Worthington Jewellers from start to finish. In particular Harley is a credit to the organisation and no task or question is too much for him. He is polite, respectful, informative and knowledgeable. Harley was a pleasure to deal with and made the purchase of a Breitling Colt Chronograph a highly enjoyable process. Any doubts you may have about purchasing online or in person will go away once dealing with Harley and Mark Worthington Jewellers. I highly recommend this company and you won't regret the experience at all.
