Driving is shocking on the a9.

Driving is shocking on the a9.. please educate your drivers on using indicators and having spacial awareness for other road users..i wouldnt use their services based on the driving skills i saw today!!

This company uses legal action to enforce payment for monies that they know are being disputed.

If i could i would give no stars but TrustPilot doesn't allow this. In the full knowledge of an invoice being incorrectly addressed to the Managing Agent and being disputed by us as the managing agent on behalf of our client, they went ahead and allowed their solicitors to place a judgement against us as Managing Agent. Notwithstanding that they admitted the works hadn't been done and confirmed that the solicitors would get the judgement removed it still hasn't been done nearly 6 months later. Quick to apply incorrect judgement but not to remedy the position- Steer Clear- they are charlatans.

Awful customer service.

Awful customer service.
Tried to get help obtaining some basic information regarding the alarm they installed, but after being transferred around the office six times as everyone thought it was someone else's job, they eventually just hung up.

Had other issues with engineers on site in the past who were extremely rude with me.

Will be looking to leave.

Absolutely useless

Placed order and prepaid for fire extinguishers in May. After numerous emails and calls chasing, still have not received anything - its now November.

If you’d like a fire alarm system…

If you’d like a fire alarm system installing that doesn’t comply with UK fire regulations then this is the company to choose.
They installed a new fire panel but couldn’t link the sounders and left the unused wires inside the panel. Apprarantly it’s my fault for not letting them know. I complained that I wasn’t happy with the installation and they just threatened debt collection on me.

Overpriced ConArtists

They had a contract for my parents alarm system, I noticed last year that the engineer claimed on a service to have changed a battery and they were invoiced £80 , (for a battery !) when this year's annual service was due (£180 for an hour's work!) I told Marlowe to cancel the service. I found engineers on checkatrade quoting 80/100, All of a sudden Marlowe said they could do it for£120
If they could do it for£120 why was their first charge£180

When I cancelled totally they claimed it was a late cancellation and invoiced£40 and then threatened legal action. Untrustworthy company, avoid at all cost

Horrible Experience

Had a vile man driving one of these Marlowe Security vans pull the wan*er sign and put his middle finger up at me this evening, quite literally, because he couldn't get into a car parking spot that he thought I was obstructing (I wasn't). Completely unagravated aggression, poor driving skills and extremely poor representation of the business and human decency. I will be firmly recommending people to never use this company on this basis alone. Who wants this type of person coming into there home?

Subcontract their work and turn up to…

Subcontract their work and turn up to sites when they aren't supposed to. When we disputed their erroneous invoices our email when unanswered and now we have been threatened with a court case for twice the outstanding balance (reference PCM002 3469124). Awfully disorganised company. Better to go direct to their subcontractors.

Very efficient

Due to a my own mistake I needed to return an item and I contacted Nick. He was extremely helpful and arranged a courier to collet the package and kept me in the loop as to when they would call. Overall experience very good. Very efficient. Will be using again

Great engineer and superb service

Edward Waife, Marlow engineer is a credit to the company. Edward is extremely, friendly and professional. He's a great communicator, as soon as he came to site he reported to the office. At the end of his work he reported back to the office and gave me an update that all was good. Engineers that communicate well and do a a superb job on site makes my role a lot nicer and easier. Thank you

My home alarm would not arm on a Sunday…

My home alarm would not arm on a Sunday afternoon. Have a contract with Marlowe but not aware did not cover callouts. Rang 3 times Monday morning finally their service dept rang but at no time advised contract did not cover call out. Engineer came out and was here less than 5 mins. All he did was enter the unlock code which I had tried many times on Sunday. Got invoice for £174.00. Total rip-off. They refused to cancel invoice and pestered me with calls for the money.
