Gave only 1 star because 0 star was not…

Gave only 1 star because 0 star was not listed..I have waited, waited, and waited on my order… after I tracked ,using tracking number, I was informed my order had been delivered. Sent email telling company I did not receive and they told me to check with neighbors.. of course package was not delivered anywhere.. I requested full refund but no answer from company.. I will never buy again from this company..SCAM SCAM SCAM..BUYER BEWARE

Absolutely disgraceful

Do not orer from this company. I can only base it on my experience, but .......
I ordered some gents shorts. Waited and waited for delivery, nothing ever arrived. I tracked the item and it stated the package had been delivered. I received nothing, no package, no card to say they had try to deliver it and had left it with a neighbour or left it behind a bin or by the front door, no photo of the delivered place. I wrote several E Mails rquesting an explanation and nothing came back, no response at all. I finally wrote and asked for an order re send or a refund, yet again i received no response. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
