One of the best websites in India for all the pet needs. I've placed an order for a personalized name tag for my doggo and a shampoo, Marshalls delivered them within just 4 days.

They maintain good standards of packaging the products.

I have had only two orders from this website. Both the orders were shipped the very next day and no issues with respect to the products as well. The customer support was kind enough to reship to the intended address because of an address mismatch.

Very worst company. I have ordered royal canin giant starter 15kgs bag x 2. One bag was good but short expire and another bag was damaged and contains warms in that. So i complaint that in WhatsApp they didn't gave response properly. Don't buy anything they are cheaters

Super slow in despatchimg goods! Pls don't use Marshall Petzone if you need any pet products urgently. Moreover they dont specify when they can deliver or mention timeliness when you place an order. Very ineffective and inefficient unfortunately. Poor customer experience. Do not recommend using them at all.

I have worked for 3 years in their organization and served my best in and out of my designation, but while leaving the organization they didn't even provide my experience certificate. How shameful is this, being a propretier handling a female employee in this manner, and made me to work in warehouse even in my monthly tough day, which is not my work and equivalent to a labour work, and i have asked for my experience certificate but the person (Basha) who spoke with me on call was very very rude and doesn't even have manners, for god sake he is the propetier. LOL ! You people firstly grow professionally then hire people for employment. I hope your office is also not registered to get a worthy job.

For the sake of your sale towards pet medicine, you made one of your employee rub the expiry of expired virbac spot on, which I have seen with my eyes @petmediciens @virbac @fraudonpetsupplies not only on virbac spot on even on the Royal Canin they do the same just the move the expired bag. How shameful ! Thank god am out this but @Indianpeople please don't risk your pet's life. It's not a customer writing a review it's a employee who has seen there dark business is writing a fact review. Be careful customers. Most of the good reviews around Marshalls Petzone is written by their employees only, if they don't do so they will be given tons of work in a day. That's the only reason for you to find any good reviews on them.

Dont ever order medicines for your beloved pets through them, they never deliver it on time. Its been almost a month i ordered a critical medicine for my dog, its been 2weeks now, my pet is out of medicine… and these people are least bothered to deliver such a critical medicine on time. I personally recommend not to order such medicines from this site. May be you can go for toys or other stuffs.

Ordered package which was supposed to be delivered on ,31 July. Got message from them saying out for delivery. Today, 3August, I get a message 'package reached delivery centre'. Still awaiting my package. I have asked for a refund and cancellation but no reply from them. These guys are pathetic. If only I had known how unprofessional they were before hand.

I raised a return request but they didn’t respond till 3 weeks and they are highly primitive in their customer service as they didn’t accept the e-invoice!. Horrible experience. Waisted my money on a sub standard gummy boots for my pet dog. The product detail is also inappropriate

I was about to purchase worth 2k but u all saved me. and also there was a review I saw where a guy was complaining about the company working culture .. fck this company bhenchod leave the company asap and report to consumer court.

Unprofessional
The order arrives after 21 days.They kept the refund of my return order stating they haven’t received the return tracking number. I kept texting and mailing and after a month I got my refund. On another order, I received a wrong product, even after multiple requests they ignored or kept giving reasons. Got the refund again after one month. After reading reviews online, I’m sure they do this to every consumer and earn a good interest. Customer service is not helpful at all, they keep stalling you giving reasons.
