Sophie at the office and Rob, the driver, were both informative, amicable, and supportive. Plus, they threw in a fridge magnet, keyring, and pen as extras. Highly impressed!

We have used Marsh Fuels for over 8 years. Brilliant customer service. They have come to our rescue several times when we have run out of oil. We now use their top up service which is great and ensures we don’t have the same problem. It’s a great family business.

Marsh Fuels have supported 1st Wash Common Scout Group with their gas bottle needs for a number of years now. They are always friendly, efficient, helpful and deliver even on very short notice with a smile. It's a great partnership and we thoroughly recommend them!

This company are atrocious, having placed your oil order and paid a premium for delivery on or before a specific day they then proceed to insist you remain in your home ALL DAY as they are unable to give you a time or even an anticipated time bracket ie between 7am and noon or noon and 6pm etc for delivery. Having encountered many profesional people throughout 40 years in the legal field I found them to be rude and completely unprofessional in their approach on the telephone, interupting and speaking over me, I was quickly disabused of my silly notion that I was a paying customer and they the service provider. I strongly suggest to anyone who requires oil for their homes to avoid this company at all costs as to retain them may well mean running out of oil and having to purchase a new boiler. There is far more to a company than the name, good companies lead their sector by example, hence this company in my opinion has dire problems, one to avoid.
