zero communication about my order which was supposed to have premium delivery and it’s been over a week

I did a big order over a week ago and qualified for free express shipping royal mail which should take 1-2 days after dispatch. once the order was placed i received an email confirming the order soon after yet have heard nothing since. i’ve filled out the chat on their website which sent an email quite a few days ago and have since dm’d them on instagram and heard nothing at all. even when i go to track the order through shop now it says the details of the order cannot be found. the level of communication from this brand is shocking and i will not be ordering from them again

This company is thieving

This company is thieving. They stole £31 from me for fake item I did not add to my basket. I went through to checkout and used Apple Pay and then when I look at the receipt email after I see they increased my total by £31 for some fake protection I never asked for. As it was added on when I went to payment there was no way for me to remove it and it was just taken. I’ve complained but they refuse to refund me. I will never ever ever shop here again and I will be posting my experience to my socials with over 30k followers to warn other people off too.

Paid £83 for a set and paid 4.99 for…

Paid £83 for a set and paid 4.99 for premium delivery (1 to 2 days) for an important event. The parcel never arrived. Emailed the company several times and waited a week for a response just to be ignored. Has been over a week with no tracking update or any info whatsoever on my package. I feel very disappointed and robbed. I relied on this outfit for a special occasion but will now have to find something else last minute if that’s possible.
I’ve received an email back recently being told that the product was up for pre order and I can confirm that at the time of my purchase there simply was no pre order option or a “preorder disclaimer” and I have sent an email back with proof, screenshots that I took when I had added the items to basket on the 14th of march to purchase the following day and you can clearly see the items were not pre order items as recently shown. I’m assuming that this update was done recently but not at the time of my purchase.

Mars the label does not respond to…

Mars the label does not respond to emails and does not give the correct information to return item when it is bigger than the size I ordered. Have not ever responded to me outside of the prompted email which I believe is by design because there is a short return window. Third time purchasing from them would never do it again. Clothes aren’t made to fit by the standard described. Either too small or too big. Very unfortunate. A thief of your time and money.

Order #819206 Cancelled Due to Poor Stock Management

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order only to later receive an email saying it had been cancelled because they didn’t have enough stock to fulfil it. This should have been checked before allowing the purchase to go through. It’s frustrating to think you’ve successfully ordered something and then find out later that it isn’t available.

While they did refund the payment, it still takes 3–5 working days to come back to your account, which leaves you out of pocket in the meantime. Overall, poor stock management and a frustrating customer experience.

Over a month and nobody replies!

It has now been over a month and customer service team have not replied. I was sent a faulty dress but they made me pay £14 to return it. Wouldn't recommend

Really bad experience with mars the label. First my order was taken and then left pending for days, leading me to contact them and ask when it would be shipped as the event I needed it for was upcoming. I received a response apologising and explaining there was a delay on all shipping. Not a great start. I then waited for days for my parcel, only to be sat in my living room when I got a "delivered" notification but no visit from the postman!! I once more reached out to mars the label and funnily enough haven't had a response!! They we're quick to respond when they had taken my money though!! Its since been a week so I have done a bank dispute for the cost of the dress I didn't recieve. I would never order from here again based on sloppy shipping times and poor customer service.

Really disappointing

good top, better service

I love the top very well made and sizes run well. I would appreciate options for bigger bust cups though! I paid 30 dollars for express shipping to australia however i’d did not come on the time frame but the team provided me a refund and were prompt with repling once i had emailed a few times.
