Excellent customer service

I chose Martha and Marmalade as they are a UK stockist for Oioi changing bags, which are really great quality.
Martha was amazing, letting me know there was a very short delay in the bag arriving to her, but I was happy to wait. As soon as it arrived she let me know and sent it. The bag has arrived to me and is perfect, just what I was looking for. Beautifully packaged too while being environmentally friendly.
Excellent customer service. Gorgeous products. Definitely recommend!! Thank you

Lovely shop- gorgeous changing bags!

I was a bit nervous about ordering my nappy bag from Martha and Marmalade as I couldn't find any reviews of their shop online on Google, Facebook or Trustpilot and these are the places I always check before buying anything online. I have no clue why there are no reviews though! The shop owner was so helpful when the changing bag I wanted was out of stock and organised for it to be shipped from the suppliers in Australia, directly to me in Kent, UK at no additional cost!!! She communicated brilliantly the whole time I was waiting for it to arrive (which was really quick- thanks Oioi Australia!) The product itself (Oioi Multitasker) is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had hoped it would be. Hugely spacious for a serial overpacker and gorgeous faux leather. It is lovely. Thank you- I will be sure to rate and review where I can!
