Loved my flower ring just hope I'd expected. Worth the money.

Gorgeous earrings and beautifully packaged

I ordered mid afternoon and received the necklace the following day. The item is so beautiful and the engraving perfect. It was bought as a gift and came in a lovely box with a personalised gift card. The attention to detail was spot on and the pricing brilliant. Can't fault the product or the service and will definitely keep in mind for any more gifts I need.

Sadly my order was not received. I rung Martha Jackson and they said that they would process a replacement order. What a star. Big Thank You to them as going to wear them on my Wedding day.

I found a gorgeous necklace and placed the order. It arrived really quickly. But i realised i'd ordered a too long chain. I sent an email to the enquiries team, and they were really quick and supportive.

They asked me to return to them, and they would send a shorter one.I did this, and enquiries emailed me when it had arrived to say they had received it, and would send.

I ordered a silver locket with engraving.
It arrived the next day ( I paid extra for that) it is stunning, can’t fault the process from ordering, to receiving and for the price it’s worth it.

It has been absolutely fantastic. My chain broke by accident when I was taking my top off and this company has sent me out a new one. I so appreciate it because I love the change so much and was really upset about this. I just want to say a big thank you to Adam for doing this and sorting it all out for me

Ordered a 18" chain from MJ which is really good quality and a good price. Unfortunately the chain received was 16". Called MJ offices and a very helpful gentleman sorted the issue out immediately. I received the right sized chain the very next day with a pre-paid return for the smaller one. Fantastic service.

Ordered two pairs of stud earrings received them with no problems. The earrings are delicate but unfortunately some of the butterfly backs are very loose and I have lost one already, I was lucky not to lose the earring itself. Would I purchase again I'm afraid not.

Beautiful jewellery but just not very secure. I’ve had two pair of the same Marrakesh hoops and with each pair lost one whilst it was in my ear. The clasps are very loose. It’s a shame because they were so pretty. I refuse to spend the money again. Very sad about it. ☹️

I’ve had several purchases over the last few years, both ear rings and chains. Quality items, great communication and speedy delivery.

I wanted the bracelet, Sterling Silver Sparkling Dual Link Bracelet, personalised by adding an initial and silver charm, as this was for a 21st Birthday present. I contacted them by email and then by phone to arrange exactly how and where the charm/initial was to be placed. They were super helpful and double checked everything before I paid. The delivery was really speedy and although I was really late in ordering, the bracelet arrived the next day. So pleased with it and the recipient is delighted!!! Fabulous service and a lovely present! Oh and I'm so tempted to get a little something for myself with the 10% off voucher in with the bracelet!

Ordered a couple of pairs of earrings which were way better than I anticipated, absolutely gorgeous! They were gifts and one pair (style) wasn’t liked. I returned them for an exchange which was done without any fuss or questions. Delivery is very prompt, received the next day and was kept up to date of the whole process.
Proper old fashioned quality service. I will definitely be a returning customer.
