Worst letting agents ever
The worst letting agents I've ever dealt with. We spent 12 months living in a mouldy flat which they did very little about, despite dozens of emails and phone calls. We were left to try and treat this at our own expense, leaving us out of pocket and causing us a significant amount of stress.
Staff were extremely slow to respond to any sort of communication, with many concerns we raised often getting ignored completely. When we informed them we wouldn't be staying in the property they initially tried to blame the mould issues on us but then backed down once we pointed out how little they had done to address our concerns.
We're now renting in the same building with a different agency and our experience could not be more positive. To anyone thinking about letting with Martin and Co, based on our personal experience I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
