Do not choose this agency

Do not choose this agency. They unconditionally side with the landlord, ignore the identical damage patterns clearly shown in their own official check‑in and check‑out inventory reports, and still seek to deduct from the deposit. If you do end up using them, make sure you record every single defect in the inventory at check‑in – leave no detail out. They are completely untrustworthy and unreasonable.

Not that bad during the stay but be prepared to fight for your deposit at the end, because they 100% will

This was the worst experience I had in years. As the title says it was not that bad during the stay, but they tried very hard to take my deposit with unfair claims, one of which included around £50 for a lawn chair that I already replaced (for much cheaper) among others. Communication was pretty lacking, they only do their jobs when it's about collecting money. I had an incident where they called me to ask if it would be fine if a contractor entered the property whilst I was away for the holidays, to which I initially agreed but 30 minutes later after thinking on it I sent them an email that I no longer agree. I never received a reply to that email, and I later found out that they indeed had entered my property whilst I was gone. It was for a repair, but they could have come at literally any other time than that, but apparently "the window was uncommon and contractors very busy and hard to reach".
TL;DR: they don't want to lift a finger but love being paid.

Martins & Co in Nottingham

Used Martins & Co in Nottingham ,they could not have been more helpful helping me in moving into my apartment ,but as soon as I had a problem they could not be bothered, and when I left after 6 years in the apartment they charged me for a Tesco receipt that was in a kitchen draw and a mark on the wall that the headboard left and a mark on the wall that the sofa left otherwise when I left the apartment was cleaner than
When I moved into it ..I ended up going to small claims court and won my full deposit back, would never use them again
