On behalf of my parents I would like to…

On behalf of my parents I would like to thank Abbie for all she did for us.
She was a brilliant liason between us and the landlord and any queries raised were quickly dealt with. Thank you Abbie!
I would have given 5 stars but there was a young girl(or sounded young?) who answered the phone a few times who was very unprofessional, unhelpful and not friendly at all... Perhaps a customer service course would be beneficial, to complete the team?

Excellent

Excellent - Sophie and team go above and beyond market standard for estate agents. I would absolutely look to work with them again. Martin & Co provide an organized and reactive service.
