Mohammed Ahmed showed my husband and myself round 40B Upper Bridge Street in Stirling on Thursday 18th July 25 and was very knowledgeable about the property and made us wish to live in said property, immediately. Definitely very good at his job.

Viewed a flat and we were interested. Asked to be kept updated. No follow up call, no updates regarding property. No home report sent so had to email. Requested home report for another property with no response. Very poor compared to other local agents who had more knowledge regarding properties viewed and always followed up the next day. Seems that when business is booming there’s no need for decent customer service.

Contacted company to view a house. I cannot recommend this company enough . Kai explained everything thoroughly with you and constantly keep you upto date on progress of sale etc . Dealt with a few estate agents over the last couple of months and this company went that one s

This rating is for Scott, the inspector who visited our property recently. Inspections are never looked forward to by us, but Scott always puts my mind at ease. He is kind and considerate and very respectful.

Grateful to Martin and co and most especially the property manager Arlene McKena for the timely response when our boiler broke down. It is Winter season and I was worried about us not having heating or hot water for days but they acted so quick and got us a brand neq boiler. Arlene was also excellent when I was moving in, she always responded to concerns on a timely manner and made me feel at home in the new house.

In Stirling to move a daughter from a rented property 3rd floor (68 steps) to her own new house. She was the last of 3 tennents to leave. I arrived and started to load my backpack with everything she owned. I removed 3 of my private items ( chocolate cake, my tablets & new tub 1000mg codliver oil tabs) out of my bag onto a set of drawers unto I came back. I filled my backpack with other items to transport. We delivered a car load to new property, on entry back to remove more items from flat we realised someone else had been there. The unopened cake was now on livingroom table, tablets were untouched, new 1000mg codliver oil had disappeared. Martin & Co admitted to being there at that time to check a room of another tennent. No request to entre the property was ever made, this is a common trait with them. This is very unprofessional & concerning were young females are concerned. We cleaned the entire flat regardless and my new H&B col liver oil worth £15 was never found. It was clearly (100%) removed by a very light fingered letting inspector. My opinion is this is a "Very unprofessional company" with 1 inspector who has let himself down for the sake of £15. Think twice when letting & get it in writing that they will not enter without prior notification. Shameful on 1 persons behalf.
