Terrible but for one...
I rented a house via this company for 3years. All was good to begin with then i noticed damp in the living room which over time turned to very bad mould which spread through to the kitchen. Then along with a few other faults I reported it. Over a 2 year period I reported it to 5 different members of staff via phone as well as 4 who came to inspect the property twice yearly. Nothing was done. I just got promise after promise or excuses that they would contact the landlord then stopped contacting me. I even offered to sort it myself if the landlord stumped up the cash for the materials, still nothing.
Every time it rained, the water came down through the render and flooded the kitchen. I went through so many towels and i always had to nip home from work to mop it up in case it spread to living room.
A couple of months before i left the property-i got in touch with Colette. She was concerned enough to try solve the situation and she did do her job correctly, unlike the other lazy staff. Colette kept in touch and did her best to get it all sorted, she was a godsend and out of all the agents, she is the only one who can hold her head high, the rest were just a waste of space. Lazy and uncaring when it was I who had to breathe those spores in, but the did not care a jot.
I would really advise you to avoid this company or instead, ask for Colette-she at least does her job right, unlike the others!
