Ordered 2 mystery boxes, website shows very colorful options for these boxes. I was sent 3 colors total in 2 boxes & the most boring at that- white, maroon, beige. Called customer service & was told "sorry you are disappointed but nothing we can do now." Exact words. Horrible company & customer service. If you look up the Canadian website for MM on TP, you(marymaxim.ca) you will see what I mean. Almost ordered a subscription service with this order as well, so glad I didn't. Never again. Stay away.
No shipping notification email after 10 Business days despite website assuring customers that would happen. No response to web form query. Tried emailing but got automated response that was unhelpful. Posted on their Facebook page and not only got no response, my post was deleted. This was my first and last order with them! Avoid!
