Complaint nicely resolved
I originally rated as 1 as ordered something 12 days ago that was in stock. Still no shipping notice and email to them via 'contact us' 4 days ago been ignored.
I have now received a shipping notice and a nice email with a sincere apology and explanation of the shipping issues - I am so pleased as I want to continue to order more of these lovely products that I first bought in the John Lewis pop up store.

Love the item that are being sold
Love the item that are being sold , they are fab but I was disappointed as I placed an order hoping for it to come the following week but was then advised that there was no stock and I would have to wait around 3 weeks , I just was not impressed by that at all. Still waiting on my item.

The body balms are beautiful. A little goes a long way and the fragance is not overpowering.

Shipping was fantastic, shoes not high quality
Shipping was fantastic and shoes were packaged beautifully, so I have no issues there.
The actual shoe is beautiful and unique but I expected it to be higher quality. You can see glue where the shoe has been put together and doesn’t look like it will have a long life.

My parcel was damaged in transit and I contacted Mary Smith Ltd via a private message on Instagram. They responded quickly and were very friendly and helpful. They are sending me a replacement box and candle, so top marks for customer care. I have since bought another 5 boxes, and awaiting their arrival to use as gifts 😊
