Corset is excellent. I had a bad experience with delivery. I wanted to order M but staff told me I'm more likely for L so I listened and they send me L. But then it was too big I needed to return it and then get the M -the right one in the 1st place. Took more time and I payed all the delivery expenses.

I ordered the Lite waist trainer. After wearing it for only an hour the logo on it rubbed off completely. Discolouration occurred along with the appearance of white lines all over the trainer. I contacted their support team, the communication was fast, however, they did not help me much. First they tried to explain to me that this is due to me ordering the so called budget trainer. Even though, it should not be the customers fault that they trainers are not the same quality (also this should be stated clearly on their website). Then they tried to tell me that the effectiveness of the trainer should still be the same. This I understand, however I have to cover it now all the time as it looks unpresentable which takes away the possibility of wearing my trainer as a fashion piece. They offered me a £10 voucher, however, I’m not sure if I would order from them again as the possibility of these faults being present with their other items is too high at this point. Eventually, they offered me a £39 voucher but only if I return the waist trainer I bought. I believe this is outrageous as I would be forced to buy from them again, obviously a different item this time which would be a more expensive one. I would also have to cover the postage fees. Which would result in me spending even more money then originally.

This is quite literally the best corset/waist trainer I have ever bought and It came is the most wonderful packaging. Where do I start, It doesn’t dig in or bulge on the stomach when you sit down. The way it is shaped under breast means it sits comfortably underneath without cutting across or digging in. It doesn’t push the fat up the back and armpits. I wear it to work all day and I have no problems at all. My posture is better and my waist feels tighter. I would highly recommend spending that bit more to get one of these quality waist trainers. It’s a great investment.

I ordered and it came in within 3 days which I was very impressed about, I had ordered the size according my waist on their website however on first try I was able to put it on the last hook so I had to exchange. To exchange it we wa pretty confusing but I emailed and got a very quick response so it was resolved quickly. When I received my new item everything was perfect but I’m into my first week of wearing it and it seems that I already should move onto the second hook. So the only complaint I would have is the fact that I am moving very quickly through the hooks even though I have already ordered a size below. Otherwise lovely item
