Masku: Dishonest with Customers

I need to use the edit option to add my response to Masku’s answer here. Masku’s answer confirms their dishonest intentions toward the customer, as I copied Masku’s reply to KKV (“että se tulee peittämään myös hieman istuintyynyä”) and to my review (“the customization will extend to the side of the seat cushion”). In their response to KKV, Masku stated that the customization would cover only a little bit (“hieman”) of the seat cushion, while in their reply to my Google review, they claimed that it would extend to the side of the seat cushion. These two statements clearly contradict each other, indicating an attempt to mislead and manipulate the customer’s understanding of the product details. Such inconsistency reflects dishonest and unprofessional behavior toward the customer.

I bought a sofa, and the seller in Espoo Lommila was not honest and provided very poor information at the time of purchase. Masku customer service seems to function only as a phone operator—there is no proper customer care, and there is no written information about the return policy for items bought in the store. This means Masku can manipulate cases at will and often acts dishonestly toward customers. They direct customers to KKV, assuming that even KKV cannot help. KKV is aware that there are many unresolved issues with Masku. Overall, nothing works if you are not satisfied with the items.

This matter has been discussed with the store manager thoroughly. We are sorry for your disappointment in the matter. As you know, you ordered a highly customized product, meaning basically half as sofa with some customization to hide the frame. Sadly we cannot accept a return for such a heavily tailored product as there is no fault in the product. The store personnel has also thoroughly explained beforehand how the product would be customized for you and that the customization would extend to the side of the seat cushion. We do our best to make all of our customers happy, but in this case there's not much we can do as the product is exactly as agreed.

Update:
Thank you for your updated review, however we don't agree with these statements. The very purpose of the custom made part is to prevent the seat cushion from sliding off the sofa and therefore it has to extend to the side of the cushion. However, this not the proper forum where we handle individual customer care cases and we must respectfully conclude the discussion here. We are happy to assist through our official channels in the process as needed.

Their return policy is ambiguous and they dont want to return the product if it do not fit your needs. There should a clear refund policy which is unfortunately not the case here.

Bed and mattress

Hi,
I purchased a bed and mattress from your store, I haven’t used them until two weeks ago, but since I started using them, the middle of the mattress has sunk compared to the rest, and it’s uncomfortable to sleep on, causing back pain. I’m really dissatisfied with this bed.

I bought a sofa from the company and…

I bought a sofa from the company and found out that there are missing parts. I went to their office in pori and complained, they said I should contact the online store which I did. I called and the customer care told me that they will call me on Friday and today is Monday and yet no call. This shows that they don't care much about customer when there is a problem. I am very disappointed in their services.Last time I would be dealing with Masku. It's 2 weeks now and no response and the sofa is taking up space in my living room and my kids can't play around.

Low quality defective 3 seater sofa

We bought a 3 seater sofa recently from Vantaa. Immediately after installation, there was creeking noise when sitting. online complaint was raised but no response. Shop also no response. they say they are busy for 2 months now! customer support for defective products in poor. I dont recommend Masku

They take too much time in delivery…

They take too much time in delivery than other companies . They said mine product will take time 1 to 2 months . 2 months has gone still no update from their side . I have to knock them always through call and email . Very irresponsible.

Online ordering of the Savonna

Order furniture online. The quality is just "shock". The furniture is made of rattan, but the whole rattan is rough and hooked, the metal fasteners are simply damaged in some places. Rattan with scratches in some places. The bolts are obviously not designed to assemble this furniture - they are either too small, or the furniture is made in such a way that the bolt needs to be fixed at an angle, which is wrong.
Disgusting quality.

FAKE discounts!

Horrible customer service and quality of furnitures. Also, discount prices are FAKE. Can't recommend it under any circumstances.

Edit: I bought more than a couch at that Time, and your salesperson added free delivery for me, but on The receipt it looks like he hasnt actually offered free delivery, he discounted price of The sofa that amount. You have been selling this same sofa for the price I paid almost all the time. Your discounted prices are fake.
