I am outraged by this company. We visited Mason Elephant Park a few weeks ago and it was not a sanctuary by any means. Regardless of that, I made a full complaint which has not been recognised. They keep saying I will 'expect a response soon' but nearly 4 weeks done the line absolutely nothing has been done to rectify my experience.
