We recently decided to invest in a massage chair. If you've ever looked at the options/prices out there you know it can be overwhelming. Where to start? After days of checking pros/cons, what to look for, what to avoid, pricing, options, and then trying to compare I found Massage Chair Heaven. I texted with "Sophie" who asked me what features I wanted, what price range I was comfortable with, reason for purchasing a massage chair. We discussed my arthritis and physical limitations/age. She recommended a chair and provided the reasoning for the recommendation. It checked all the boxes. I was able to contact her easily when I made my final decision, placed my order, and received an ETA. The entire process was simple and seamless. The delivery time was a bit longer than originally anticipated but Sophie was with me all the way and following up on every little detail. Our chair arrived today. The delivery company contacted me earlier this week to set up a day/time for delivery. They also called me to confirm today's delivery and gave me a more exact delivery time which made it easier to have extra help available to unload and assemble. The chair arrived in perfect condition and was assembled and ready for a trial run in record time. After my first session in the chair I had a couple of questions which Sophie was able to answer and provided suggestions to make our new chair even more user friendly. It is rare to find a company that cares so deeply about their clients and goes the extra mile to provide such personalized service. Sophie's recommendation turned out to be just what we needed and wanted and this model's track record speaks for itself. I know if we have any questions or issues down the road Massage Chair Heaven and Sophie will be there for us. If you want quality, peace of mind, and a chair tailored for your needs and budget look no further. Great selection and price range too.

I contacted Massage Chair Heaven not to make a purchase, but seeking advice after 35 frustrating days with a national chain retailer who failed to deliver a chair I had paid for in full. Owner Yunior Hernandez had no reason to expect a sale from my call.

What followed was remarkable. After we hung up, he contacted his personal Fujiiryoki representative on my behalf — entirely unprompted. He texted me with clarifying questions, then called me back with what he had learned. None of this was asked for.

He subsequently offered to sell me the chair at a competitive price, confirmed it was in stock, and committed to delivery within ten days. He kept every commitment.

This is only the second time in my life I have felt strongly enough about a transaction to leave a public review. Mr. Hernandez is the owner, not a commissioned salesperson, and it shows. His direct manufacturer relationships and personal investment in his customers' outcomes are rare in any industry. I recommend him without reservation.

We have purchased four chairs (Fujiiryoki, Luraco, and D.Core) from Sophie and Yunior over the years—for both ourselves and our family members! Their pricing was the best, as was their knowledge of all the different brands and models. As a family team, they aren't "wedded" to just one brand since they sell so many. Sophie and Yunior are incredibly responsive at all hours of the day, night, and even on weekends! Our last two chairs purchased were the Fujiiryoki JP-4100 and the D.Core 2. Great job, Sophie and Yunior—I’ll be back!
