Always so happy to order my massage tables from Massage Warehouse , just ordered my fourth ! I wouldn’t order from anywhere else , my clients always comment about how sturdy and comfy them feel , even the face cradle which are notoriously uncomfortable! And customer service is perfect every time!

Will be buying from here whenever I can from now on.

Fantastic family run company offering fantastic service with very fairly priced holistic and massage supplies. Have purchased a portable massage table from them, bolsters, couch covers, massage oils and have been really happy with the brilliant quality of everything! Highly recommend them to all beauty, massage and holistic therapists!

Seems to be a quality control issue with the tables. The bunghole for the face of mine keeps falling through with minimal pressure placed onto it.

Was gaslit by customer service, despite having worked on many different tables in the past. My friends table from them was showing signs of rust upon arrival.

For the price I am unhappy, it had good intentions, but it seems the tables aren't assed to a high enough standard for professional use.

It's a shame, I wanted to support this UK brand but they are letting themselves down for whatever reasons.

I would have rated lower, although decided on 3 stars because customer service did try and suggest ways to rectify the bung hole issue, but the methods weren't effective.

I am a sole trader, massage therapist. Delivery was super quick and quality of table is great. I choose a table that turned out to be a little wide for me to use comfortably and massage warehouse responded the next day to my request to return it. The communication was excellent and resolution quick and easy. I am very happy with the services and product.

I would recommend MassageWarehouse UK whole heartedly. They have been more than helpful on every occasion I have been in touch with them: they helped me when I bought my Porta Lite Delta massage table and, more recently, when I needed new 'feet' for it.
I have had the table two years and I love it, as do my clients....and with new 'feet' it won't wreck my carpet!!!
And I'll be getting another table in due course!!!

Massage Warehouse is probably the best supplier of massage good I've encountered. Amazing Customer Service, fair pricing, reliable. Step above the rest!

I particularly appreciated their providing ongoing updates and progress relative to my unique need to recover specific product approval rating information. In particular I very much appreciated Sean Murphy dedication to handling my needs. I have no hesitation to recommending this company, as their customer care last as long as their products. All of which is very reassuring when seeking a reliable products from a quality supplier.

Great experience purchasing from massage warehouse. I purchased 2 beds in 2019 and 2020 and 6-7 years on, they are still like new. Heavy duty couches but lightweight for transport.
Customer service is faultless and they do what they can to help.
100% recommend for anyone looking for equipment in the massage industry.

Superb customer service from Chris and Sean at Massage Warehouse.
I needed a replacement electric couch foot pedal and there were some issues with the first replacement sent via a third party company. Chris and Sean were so kind and couldn't do enough to sort this issue out.
I have used Massage Warehouse for many years and this is based not only on their excellent products, but also on their outstanding customer service.

Have been using massage warehouse for 5 years now.
Have just ordered a new massage table and made an error with my address details. Within minutes I received a reply email stating that the address had been amended and my new bed was on its way.
