I bought my first massage table from Massage Warehouse two years ago and have been so pleased with it. It’s great value for money, easy to carry to training days, and although it’s very lightweight, it’s still solid and comfortable to lie on. After two years of regular use, it still looks almost as good as new. I was so impressed with the quality that I recently bought a second table — a slightly heavier one with a backrest — and it’s just as well made. Their customer service is excellent too, so I’ll definitely be returning to Massage Warehouse for my next upgrade.

Back in September 2016 I was researching online to buy a replacement massage bed. Based on helpful advice from Customer Services, I elected to purchase an Earthworks Harmony massage bed from Massage Warehouse UK. The bed was delivered 2-days later and I was not disappointed with my choice. The design is stable and robust, and clients regularly comment on how comfortable the bed is.

After 9-years of use the only sign of wear is to the two lifting handles, which I decided I would like to replace. I wasn't confident that spares back-up would be available for the Earthworks Harmony. However, a quick call to Massage Warehouse's helpful Customer Services established that not only are spare handles available, but they have them in stock. That alone deserves 5-Stars!

The quality of the products is excellent. This is my second Porta-Lite massage table, and my clients absolutely love it, consistently saying it is the most comfortable massage bed they have ever been on.

I have just received the massage chair and need a little more time to fully test it out, but my initial impression is very positive—I'm happy with it so far!

My Earthworks extra wide couch is robust, deeply padded and a real step up from my previous which I use for sports massage and sports therapy.
In communication M.W. were swift in response to my questions, delivery was prompt and the packaging provided good protection.

Over the years I have bought several Combi-Lite 3 in 1 couches. They have been brilliant & served me well. High quality, well made, compact & look very professional. Buying a new hydraulic table was a big decision but it was so worth getting it from Massage Warehouse, they gave me brilliant advice on the phone, because they really understood my specific requirements, and liaised with the table manufacturer through the whole ordering and delivery process.

Customer service was excellent - quick responses, very helpful and friendly - sorted my issue and order out efficiently and generously.
The only negative was the incompetence of the courier company who managed to deliver 2 of the 3 packages by different people on different vans on the same afternoon and lose the 3rd (how do you lose a massage couch! - only Yodel!!). MW customer service were on it very quickly when I let them know, and sent out a replacement the next day.. Can’t fault the staff at MW

High quality equipment from experienced and approachable staff. Purchased a Portalite Delta 2 almost a decade ago and it's still gong strong. A real work horse, with the comfort being commented on by clients regularly.

Excellent table, I appreciate the extra width. It's a little on the heavy side for portability, but well worth carrying, because it is super sturdy, no wobble, and very comfortable - so much better than some of the lightweight tables out there. Arrived quickly, well packaged, and great value. I've also purchased a stool and other accessories, very happy with the quality, value and service.
