I ordered a cabinet for under my bathroom sink. Unfortunately, the cabinet didn't fit the space. The quality of the cabinet was great and it was very attractive. I regretted having to return it. The return was very uncomplicated and I would not hesitate to do business with Massivum in the future.

Customer support have good knowledge but sometime come across to sales focus but maybe that just person I was dealing with but overall great experience.
I will say focus on offer more high quality German made products.

Very amazing designs!
Sometimes due to handcrafted goods there are some cracks and breaks in the structure which cannot be fixed. Nonetheless, the company should think about some sort of a repair kit for the customers to do it on their own.
The delivery by DHL is not the best option, recent heavy goods orders which were delivered by others like Rhenus were much more convenient!

The quality of furniture is awesome. The packing is good so not destroyed during the delivery. I was satisfied with provided information about the goods. The delivery took longer then expected but information about that was well in time provided. Simply excellent shop and at the end much better service then in Amazon! I recommend to buy your furniture here.
So far, I am happy with my choice of wood and table form. The delivery was also earlier than anticipated. Would shop with Massivum again.
The furniture we bought is beautiful. The quality of teh finish is excellent and the customer service throughout has been excellent.
The only problem occured during the delivery, carried out by a third party.
Would recommend this company.
I am very satisfied with the product, but the assembly process was a nightmare since the instructions are terrible, very small images and bad printing quality.
