Unfair Treatment
My husband had an appointment to view a shop premises from this company, I myself also attended the viewing, on arrival my husband told this Liason Officer that we came for the viewing, he responded in a very negative manner saying that the shop has been taken, so we said that an appointment was made for 4pm, he then mellowed his tone of voice (this was be the first uncomfortable moment), then after viewing the shop premises, we were taken to the office where we were met by another consultant Manager, we sat down and my husband to discuss information regards to the shop on offer for renting, the Manager was very hostile/interrogating/disrespectful towards my husband in his questioning and found the whole experience to be very shattering, suffice to say we called Master Class Properties say we wanted to go ahead and rent the shop but only to be told that the shop has now been taken, we were led to believe that we could have the shop, we are absolutely devasted by the whole situation from beginning to end
