Mastermind in a SCAM do not use!!!!!

Scam don’t trust them .

Absolutely terrible. My dad payed for mastermind to promote my music over 5 months ago and we have only had one zoom call which was an hour long and produced nothing. My dad continued to contact them over and over again but it would be a terrible excuse or they just completely ignore us. Mastermind are incredibly unreliable and I would not recommend them to anyone. Absolute scam.

I contracted and paid Mastermind services up front to promote my son’s record. I was then very much ignored and sent over 100 emails over a 5 month period with limited responses and excuses and promises which never materialised.

I have now instructed a solicitor and am pursuing through the courts.

Terrible service and an untrustworthy CEO

Am a musician and video producer. In 2019 I contacted MASTERMIND PROMOTION GROUP and sent information (song, video). Michael Eastwood offered promotion services for 11,000 Euros. I paid. After that, Michael Eastwood said my song isn't good enough. The paid services were not provided. Michael Eastwood did not respond to emails. In 2021 I requested repayment. I did not receive a payback.
For me this is a fraud / rip-off / scam.

Mastermind Promotion again and again is flagging and complaining this review and they try to get this review removed. This tactic works because Trustpilot gives me 2 days to react, what is not very long. So Mastermind's trick works fine. Nevertheless: if they think I am wrong they should establish a lawsuit, what they surely will not do.

Total ripp off I had to take them to small claims court to get my money back , if you pursue that route you will get your money back

I am confused by all these reviews?
They all have the same wording, and they all state that their careers have taken off, yet, I can’t seem to see any of these names in Google or social media? Plus, most of them are based in India, looks like it’s bots writing the reports and the real humans are the negative ones, they tried to sell me something too, don’t fall for it, I’m so glad I didn’t.
I am sick of scam companies running like this and trying to target real artists.

Don't make a mistake by working with Mastermind Promotion…Part 2
Responding to my recent review, the CEO of Mastermind Group Ltd wrote, "Public reviews offer a platform for open dialogue, and we appreciate the opportunity to address concerns. If there are aspects of our collaboration that you feel need further discussion, we genuinely invite you to connect with us directly. This will allow us to delve into specifics and work towards a resolution that aligns with both our standards and your expectations". In my response, I have sent about 10 emails to the same CEO cited in the same review response asking for a refund because Mastermind Group Limited didn't deliver a service I paid for.
After my failed attempts, and as a law-abiding citizen, I took the issue to the small claims court, and the court ruled in my favour, but Mastermind Group Limited has not headed to the court order of a refund. Like I mentioned in my previous review on this issue, anyone who wants to substantiate my claim including journalists (and the media) can search for me online or via social media and I will show them the court documents. If I was not telling the truth, I wouldn’t ask the public to be in touch if they want to substantiate such a claim.
Also I can state for a fact that the CEO emailed me after I posted the first review on this issue. If he wanted an amicable solution, why didn't he abide by the court order and refund the money, but instead he responded to my review.
I humbly appeal to the media landscape including those endorsing and projecting the activities of Mastermind Group Limited such as the BBC #BBC to take a look at this case because reviews on this very platform shows that I am not the only victim. Although stories and circumstances might be different per a person, it is good to estbalish the truth about some of these reviews.
To my fellow musicians out there, I advise you are careful about music promotion companies that show signs of disregard to the justice system in this country. It is highly unethical to associate with such brands.
I am still accepting signatures from those of you that feels like you were not treated well by Mastermind Group limited, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch via social media. Please ensure you have concreate evidence before contacting me.
It is also worth mentioning that I am still awaiting the court decision on whether I can publish the court document regarding this issue or not . I promise to publish those documents on this same platform when given the go ahead.

We have worked with Mastermind Promotions on a few music videos. Whilst they have produced fabulous videos, unfortunately we have always had to chase for payment of our services. We are now taking them to small claims court for outstanding payment. We would not recommend working with Mastermind Promotions.

How disappointing it is that I am writing this review.

I would strongly advise against working with Mastermind Promotion, (Or 'Mastermind Group', they have lots of names, I wonder why...), especially their CEO/Director. After I did a job for him on the 24/11/22 (yes, nearly 4 months ago), I have yet to receive payment for my services. Despite repeated attempts to reach out and resolve the issue, the company has been unresponsive and uncooperative.

Not only have they failed to pay me for my work, but they have also treated me unfairly throughout the entire process. They have been disorganized and unprofessional in their communication, and have made no effort to rectify the situation.

I would caution anyone considering working with this company or the man himself, to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and would suggest looking elsewhere for employment opportunities. A mistake I will not make again.

UPDATE: This has been paid in full with interest, after many unprofessional messages unfortunately.

We've really enjoyed working with Mastermind PR for many reasons, we really appreciated the lengths that the company has gone to in order to promote our brand as artists. We feel as if Mastermind understood our artistic approach and carefully considered who our material should be sent, this was visible from when we first had conversations with Ollie and then with Konstantinos during the planning stages of our campaign. The weekly updates were always sent on time by Seray and Tom, and each of them was detailed, this gave us an insight into which outlets were interested in our content, who had declined our content, and who had still not checked it out.

Whenever we had a question, Mastermind always answered them and gave us enough notice when campaign calls had to be rearranged due to external circumstances. We really appreciate the discount that we received from the company as that to us further proved that Mastermind believed in our project, it's also nice to know that the company will continue to update us regarding the other outlets that have not responded yet even though our 8-week campaign has finished. We are really happy with the results that we have obtained so far and have taken the company's future strategic objections into consideration that were part of our final report.

We will definitely be in touch and continue our work with this PR company in the near future as we've started working on Taoreta's next project as well as our solo projects. Thank you once again for all your efforts!
