Really nice people who actually care about what they sell and the customer who buys it…
I bought a pair of boots online guessing my size.
They were too big, so I contacted Mastershoe who said that they had a smaller size in stock, as I was passing the store I popped in to change them.
The lady assistant had them ready for me to try on, then bagged them up, and updated my paperwork to reflect the exchange.
Truly excellent customer service.
I know that if I had any issues I would be dealt with quickly and fairly.

I'll definitely use Mastershoe again!
Mastershoe were previously unknown to me, but I sourced Teva Tirra walking sandals at a great price and took a chance. Glad I did... quick responce, great communication, speedy delivery and the sandals are perfect - having developed painful issues in my feet and toes, these provide excellent support and cushioning.
