I think they should reconsider the…

I think they should reconsider the employees who work in Horsens. I prefer to shop online rather than go to the store. I hope that Hermes makeup will be available in the store. It was my favorite shop

I have been My Matas Esbjerg Torvet customer since moving to Denmark in 2013. The friendly assistance and very good advice received makes the difference compared to your competitors – most especially by My Matas representative Sara!
I utilize My Matas Esbjerg Torvet because of the good selection of products & nice location, but main reason I have stayed loyal customer all these years is the shopping experience afforded by your superior team assets like Sara e.g., she is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and understanding of my requests. Her “Good Advice Makes the Difference”.

Matas delivery via Instabox When you…

Matas delivery via Instabox🤥

When you order something from Matas webshop, you’re promised a quick delivery.. and I was offered a same day delivery.

But today it’s the 3.rd day and I have to wait for a little while longer, actually the most of the day/ evening. 16:22:30!!! Seems like their delivery time is being postponed all the time. Poor service and bad reputation.

Perhaps use another currier? Perhaps another webshop!

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the delivery of your package.

We naturally expect our business partners to comply with our agreements and I am sorry that this was not the case here.

It can be very different how you experience a delivery, as it can depend on the individual tender that is running, as well as traffic conditions. Many people are happy with Instabox, but it sounds like it doesn't work in your area.

Should you wish to order from us a second time, I would refer you to try some of the other freight companies that we offer such as dao, Burd, GLS or Postnord.

I am passing on your experience to Instabox so that hopefully it can be corrected in future deliveries.

I am happy to see that the package has been delievered and I hope you will be happy with your purchase.
