Damaged item — not suitable for a time-sensitive gift
I purchased a matcha set here as a gift. When I checked the contents, I noticed what looked like a hole or a crack in one of the tea bowls, so I contacted customer service immediately, but even after three days, I have not received a response.
The order was placed two weeks ago, and it may not arrive in time for the date I need it. Since this was meant to be an important gift, others may want to consider alternative options…
Update: I was contacted by Nanna, and she promptly sent a replacement for the defective tea bowl afterward. Thank you.
