Unfortunately we have no influence on the delivery of orders once we hand them over to the courier and especially around Christmas time, deliveries were experiencing delays.

As I have had some bad experiences with delivery times of some couriers lately, I especially appreciated the option to choose between several delivery options through different couriers.
