I have never received a confirmation email so I cannot return the dress. I messaged them 6 times and no reply at all.

Whilst this a genuine shop with nice pieces. The returns policy is awful. You only get a partial refund even after paying for the return yourself. You are then charged a 15% "restocking" fee for certain items as well as £4 for handling the return, so you're essentially paying them to take the item back. Big brands don't do this. Really not worth all the hassle, not to mention being out of pocket. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered a dress from this company and loved it! The quality is amazing, and the packaging was really nice. I've received lots of compliments whenever I wear it. Great shopping experience overall. Highly recommend!

Avoid buying from this company especially if you need to return an item. First, they are very slow to respond and at times unresponsive. Second, you don’t get an acknowledgment email to confirm that they have received your item back. And last but not least, you don’t get the full amount that you paid as they deduct the original shipping cost, even though you spend more on returning the item yourself.

The worse costumer service i've ever seen, i saw the brand in vogacloset which i trust, but i decide to order from the main website (mateeno)
Its been almost a month since i order , i payed for dhl expresss, in 5 days, they send part of the order by uk royal mail, without sending me even a tracking number, and the items was available in the website is out of stock, i've asked them 3 times to refund my money , but they are not responding to my request, playing around, it is not trusted website , i would give less than a star if i could

Don not order from this place. They sent my order that did not match its description so I message them and over a week and no response. I messaged them again and still no response. They are con artists. Stay clear of this place. Sooo many reviews that that have not yet received refunds. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Never again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong blazer. I noticed as soon as payment went through. I instantly contacted the customer service team who cancelled my ordered and refunded me within 24hours. Fabulous service. Thank you… I have just placed another order with the correct blazer, will put another review as soon as I receive it

I highly recommend this brand, the quality is so good with such low prices.

DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE - they will steal your money on any returned items and won’t give it back, plus ignore any messages regarding returns.

I returned my order because of the poor quality and they claimed that they never received my return. Once I showed them proof that I returned it they told me that they accepted the refund and said that I’d receive a refund confirmation which I never received. After months and months of trying to contact them for this refund that I still am currently waiting for, they keep ignoring my emails and messages… such bad service. They should shut the whole website down.

The most amazing beautiful garments. Outstanding quality, brilliant customer service. Unique high standard designs, what amazing one of designer pieces, I love this brand. Can’t get enough always delivers perfection. Keep up the great work.

i returned items a year ago over £150 with of stock which i sent back recorded and they have not refunded me

Writing another review of this company as I'm hoping that they may respond to me as they are completely ignoring my emails and have been for weeks! Returned back 2 items to them that were unworn however they seen to think that 1 was worn! They have partially refunded me and said they would send the other item back, over 3 weeks later i am still waiting for my item and have written numerous emails but they chose to ignore me!! I have no choice but to take the matter further with my bank or citizens advise as they have not provided a full refund and they have also not sent the item back so in essence they have stolen my money! This company is a complete shambles and I would advise people to stay away, they have zero customer service skills and an inability to post things at the correct time or write emails back to customers. Highly negative and frustrating experience with them since I placed my order around 3 months ago and still waiting for matters to be resolved. Avoid like the plague!

My order did arrive in the end, over a month later but they did respond to my emails and did remedy the issue. I'm just glad it's a real company as for a little while I was worried it was a con. Just don't order for any special occasion in case there are any issues with dispatch or delivery. I was happy with the quality of the skirts i ordered too for the price I paid. If it had arrived on time, I would have reviewed it higher but let's see for any future orders.

The customer service at mateeno was exceptional, a really pleasant experience with a swift delivery. The blazer quality was fantastic and the stitching was perfection. True to size and gorgeous accessories to match. Would definitely order again!

The blazer and earrings I ordered just arrived and they are gorgeous! I was initially nervous to buy from here, as it is a relatively small business, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The delivery came on time and the products are very well-made. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Excellent customer service.
Despite the dress I wanted being out of stock, Sabrine was very helpful in producing it especially for me, which shows they really go above and beyond for their customers, the dress fits me perfectly and I absolutely love it, a very classy, timeless piece I will be wearing so very proudly.

Both the fit and material are excellent quality.

The customer service she delivered was beyond excellent, and I would definitely seek her business again in the future.
