DONT BUY ONE!! I wouldn’t even let my granddaughter put her baby doll in this car seat. It’s not certified. The wheels are plastic awful quality awful customer service.. please save your money and do not buy anything from this company!

I ordered the same stroller twice. The first time it was never delivered and I was refunded my money. The second time I was sent the wrong item and despite numerous attempts to contact them and get the matter resolved they will not respond to me. DON’T BUY FROM THEM

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a car seat from this company, only to discover at the hospital that it was missing critical safety components — the chest harness and leg straps. As a result, the hospital would not allow us to leave with my newborn grandson until we purchased a completely new car seat system on the spot.

This was not only stressful but also completely avoidable had the product been safe and complete. The car seat sold to me is not suitable for use with infants in the U.S., and I now have no use for it.

To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to reach anyone by phone, and despite emailing them over 24 hours ago, I’ve received no response. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable when it comes to products that directly affect infant safety.

I will never purchase from them again and would strongly caution others to double-check any product received from this company before relying on it.

I placed an order for a three in one stroller, upon receiving the order I was unsatisfied with order. I emailed as well as left vm because they never answered their phone at all. I finally received a email stating they would provide me with a return label so I could ship their item back to them.
I have sent numerous of emails inquiring about the return label which I still haven’t received and they have still not responded to any of the emails or voicemails. I decided to try and ship the item back to them without the label and was told it would cost me $219 dollars. If I could give you a half of a one star I would and even that is too much gratitude. I don’t wish anyone to purchase from this company.

Just recently bought a car seat and stroller and bassinet, very good quality and confortable for my newborn color was great. Puechase and delivery was good and on time .

The stroller is absolutely beautiful! I had one slight issue, that Customer service resolved in the matter of seconds!

I’m still waiting for a tracking number also tried to reach out to customer service! No response yet - I’m hoping that my merchandise arrive soon and I’m hoping to get a response - need better customer service

We like the 3 piece stroller, car seat, bassinet combo. The stroller wheels hold alot of storage. Detachable car seat makes it easy to take baby on the go as needed. Stroller wheels also easily fold. Bassinet allows variety of options as baby grows, from laying down, to sitting, to facing forward.

Ordered a back and gold stroller bundle and received it and it was silver. Only a 30day return policy and no one ever reaches back out to you after several attempts via email because there is no live customer service.

What was an unfortunate start to business with Maternity Miracles, ended gracefully and with understanding! Simply, their product wasn’t for us, I can’t say it is a great product but that is our opinion, and we would recommend you ask questions!

Customer service was amazing I broke a part of my adaptor and they were so helpful , they responded really fast to me and they responded notifying me that they receive the adaptor I really appreciate for not forgetting of me , I’m obsess with my babies stroller
