I still didn’t receive my order that…

I still didn’t receive my order that was placed early August. I contacted them and they said they have some problem with the materials. If I hadn’t contacted them they would never contact me. The follow up was very bad. They planned to drop the parcel when I was not at home and I couldn’t change the date. Now they want to charge me for this. Due tu delay and impossibility to change the date of driving the parcel I asked the refund but they want me to pay for it!

This company is not reliable and I would never buy something from them again. Although it is shame because the pieces look nice. I am so disappointed because the products are so expensive. For a designer brand I would never expect this kind of behavior.

Your order has been successfully processed by the carrier. According to them, they attempted to deliver to you last week, but it appears that the access door to your building is locked and coded.
A new delivery is scheduled for Wednesday following your request.
We hope you receive your order safely.

At this stage of delivery, since your order has already arrived at your destination, canceling your order will result in a return shipping fee, which will be charged, as shipping is free but returns are not.

Worst experience with a supplier

Completa mancanza di cortesia e professionalità.
Il prodotto acquistato, imballato malissimo (pluriball e pochi pezzi di polistorolo) è arrivato severamente danneggiato. Atteso che il pacco era intonso, ho accettato la consegna, trovandomi di fronte alla spiacevole sorpresa.
La società, in violazione, peraltro, della normativa europea (sostituzione automatica e garanzia sui prodotti di almeno due anni) rifiuta categoricamente di sostituire il prodotto, in quanto il pacco è stato accettato senza obiezioni (ovviamente, era in stato impeccabile).
Gestione delle problematiche e conoscenza delle normative inesistenti. Si sconsiglia di acquistare alcunché.
Unica nota positiva, la mediazione di Maison du Monde, che tristemente si trova ad avere a che fare con "fornitori" di questa risma.

Complete lack of courtesy and professionalism.
The purchased product, badly packed (bubble wrap and a few pieces of polystyrene) arrived severely damaged. Expecting the parcel to be intact, I accepted delivery, only to be faced with the unpleasant surprise.
The company, in violation, moreover, of European regulations (automatic replacement and product guarantee of at least two years) categorically refused to replace the product, as the parcel had been accepted without objection (of course, it was in impeccable condition).
Problem management and knowledge of regulations non-existent. I do not recommend purchasing anything.
The only positive note, the mediation of Maison du Monde, which sadly has to deal with “suppliers” of this kind.

Infatti, per ogni acquisto online è fondamentale controllare l'ordine al momento della consegna (anche se il corriere ha fretta) e annotare eventuali danni verificatisi durante il trasporto, per avere automaticamente diritto alla sostituzione o al rimborso dell'ordine.

Se non controlli il tuo ordine al momento della consegna, purtroppo non potremo sostituire l'articolo gratuitamente. È possibile contattare direttamente il corriere scrivendo una lettera raccomandata entro 48 ore.

La garanzia legale di conformità di 2 anni per un articolo non si applica ai danni correlati alla consegna: il tuo articolo è conforme ma è stato danneggiato durante la consegna.
Nel tuo caso, hai accettato la consegna senza annotare che l'articolo era danneggiato.
Il servizio post-vendita ti contatterà per fornirti un risarcimento economico per l'inconveniente.

It is imperative for any online purchase to check your order upon delivery (even if the delivery person is in a hurry) and note any damage that may have occurred during transport in order to be automatically eligible for a replacement or refund.

If you do not check your order upon delivery, we unfortunately cannot replace the item free of charge. You can contact the carrier directly by writing a registered letter within 48 hours.

The two-year legal guarantee of conformity for an item does not apply to damage related to delivery. Your item is indeed compliant, but it was damaged upon delivery.
In your case, you accepted delivery without noting that the item was damaged.
