Avoid this company at all costs!
I signed up for a yearly membership, but the website charged me twice without any explanation. To make matters worse, they require you to save your credit card information on file, and there’s no option to subscribe without doing so. After noticing the double charge, I reached out multiple times via their online forms and email for assistance, but my inquiries were completely ignored.
The only response I received came after I mentioned filing a charge-back, and it was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They falsely claimed I hadn't requested a refund, even though I had clearly done so. Thankfully, my credit card company is handling the charge-back, but I can’t imagine how many others might be getting scammed here.
If you value your time, money, and privacy, stay far away from this company. Poor customer service, dishonest practices, and no accountability. Do not risk it.
