Matina Pefkos Hotel Reviews 4

This was our 4th stay at Matina in Pefkos, and it’s a place we truly love coming back to. This time we stayed in one of the little bungalows which was absolutely ideal – comfortable, convenient, and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The staff, as always, were fantastic. They really can’t do enough for you and make you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive. A special mention has to go to the People’s Bar – great atmosphere, brilliant service, and again the staff were amazing. It’s a real highlight every time we visit.

The only downside this year was the pool. It looked noticeably dirtier than in previous years, and I didn’t see it being cleaned once during our stay. A shame, as everything else was spot on.

Overall though, Matina continues to be one of our favourite places, and despite the pool this time, we’ll definitely be back again.

The Matina is the best hotel. The people are lovely I go their every year and its like going to see my 2nd family I am 14 but they have all watched me grow. The rooms are spectacular. the entertainment is great. ABC shop is amazing. the food is great and all together its such a lovely place and I cant wait to come back in July. from Katie Bryant xx

Sadly nothing what I expected was very disappointed with the overall apartment. Could do with being updated. Ants everywhere. My husband was bitten to death it was awful. Facilities ok and staff wonderful and food good. However cleanliness was clearly not top priority. Apartment was never swept or balcony, bin in bathroom was not emptied everyday. Also paint peeling off the bath , not rubber mat in bath for shower so like a skating rink also shower not in correct place over bath. Around the pool was never cleaned. Sadly I will not be returning. Much nicer accommodation further up the road.

Found everything I needed to know on this website and found the product itself (Aparthotel) to be of a high standard with friendly staff who give excellent customer service. Very impressed and would recommend!
