I’ve been with Matrix for over a year, when I started my weight loss journey I was 275lb, and now I am 145lb. Throughout this time staff has been accommodating, nice, knowledgeable, and also provided a fast response time, as far as my medication goes, it has always been on time. If the pharmacy was behind they let me know, also they provided a tracking number so I knew where my product was at all times, and also when I received my medication it came with everything I needed, any questions they would walk me through it . I highly recommend this company, it’s been nothing but amazing!
