I strongly endorse this for anyone, regardless of skill level—fantastic value!

The recipes and videos that Matt provides are fantastic quality and the differentiation in difficulty levels makes starting a new recipe/technique much easier and helps give me the confidence to try the tier 2 version of the recipes!

Great food plataform
Matt provides various options for recipes and experiences on the website.
The material (including lessons) is well explained and easy to follow. Every recipe I've ever made has turned out perfectly.
the only complaint I have is that the site sometimes takes a while to load, but I don't know if that's related to my connection.

I signed up because I've mastered most of the baking basics and was looking to learn more. I've learned some phenomenal recipes and built skills I didn't know I was missing. The one downside is that there's usually at least one new piece of specialty equipment (sometimes several) or specialty ingredients I have to track down each month. They can be pricey and hard to find in my area. However, it's been worth it because I have been mostly successful with every recipe and am really proud of what I have created and learned.

I've learned so many techniques from Matt's videos, things I didn't know about baking that have helped me become better at this hobby of mine. I don't always have a lot of time to study or practice and so I often turn to Matt to see if he has something helpful, and often times he does. I haven't taken baking classes anywhere else so Matt is my baking professor.

Bake It Better is a wonderful collection of recipes. Very nicely laid out, with great pictures of tempting bakes. Clear, easy to follow instructions in Matt's chatty, informal style. There are different skill levels for everyone from the novice baker to the more accomplished, from simple to more challenging. Something for everyone with delicious results.

Recipes are great, Matt explanations are clear and easy and the website is well-made! Would recommend!

I cannot recommend Matt Adlard’s recipes and baking tutorials enough! No detail is left out and the recipes always turn out delicious. I think the Bake It Better online classes are great value for money too. The variety of desserts to have a go at baking is wide with something to suit everyone’s tastebuds. My technical knowledge of baking has improved vastly since joining Bake It Better.

Matt's online classes are impeccable. I have seen rapid improvement in my baking skills and fundamental knowledge as a chef. With a range of skill levels you'll always be tested and the recipes are fantastic, classic and modern at the same time.
He is also very quick to reply via email with answers to questions with a solution.

I love love Matt Artlard bake it better website. And i love his online class and videos, and learned a lot! the subsription was so worth it. i have made gelatos, chocolate cake, pastries, mousse cake etc all from learning through his videos. Thanks Matt, you’ re a legend!

I have been a member of the Bake It Better community for over 4 years. I have enjoyed every moment of it. I truly enjoyed the recipes and have advanced my baking skills. Matt is extremely responsive to my questions. Furthermore, we get to interact with other members via a private Facebook group. I would highly recommend the community for anyone that is interested in baking.
