Really enjoyed the barista class run by Colin Young at Matthew Algie in Glasgow. Great session, very informative, and delivered in a flamboyant manner, even for a domestic coffee enthusiast. I’ll definitely be impressing the wife and friends with my new found skills and might do a follow up latte art course in the future.

A great time at SCA!
Thank you SOO much to Gosia for the amazing three days at SCA Professional in London.
The course was challenging and definitely required a morning coffee to make sure the brain was in gear, but the course leader and experience were great. Gosia made the content easy to understand, whilst proving advanced knowledge and skill around the subject. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone wishing to progress their coffee journey and skills.
