Joshua at the 2371 iron point location was great, friendly and very welcoming.
I told him what I was looking for and he was on it. Thankfully, what I wanted was there on the show room floor. He helped me load it in my car with no hesitation.

I shopped at the Mattress Firm Huber Heights, Ohio store. I ordered the Elite Brenham II Euro Top 16 inch Firm King mattress. It has an Adjustable Base to go with it. I suffer with chronic back pain and I needed a good mattress. My mattress was delivered on October 4, 2026, and I've only had it for two nights. So far my mattress is very comfortable. Jacob was my sales associate. He was absolutely wonderful. My purchasing process went very smoothly with Jacob. He has excellent customer service skills, he was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, caring, professional, and absolutely wonderful. The delivery guys were awesome as well. Today was their 3rd time attempting to set up my bed because the 1st frame did not fit inside of my bedframe that I already had. Therefore, I had to wait an additional two weeks for another mattress to be made. The 2nd frame did fit but they didn't have my mattress with them. On the 3rd delivery they came with my mattress and an adjustable base that Jacob recommended for me. So far, my mattress and adjustable base are perfect!👍I would highly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone. They have the best and most comfortable mattresses in town at great prices. THANK YOU JACOB! You're absolutely awesome!!!❤️
