Purchased a memory foam spring mattress from these guys i was desperate to get it in time for Christmas and they pulled through the mattress is everything we expected it came rolled up so needed to be aired out once opened. our guests were more than happy thank you so much a well deserved 5 stars :-) happy holidays

The lovely cool touch orthopedic mattress I ordered through wowcher should have been over 400 quid (no way) looked amazing in the photo and it seemed a bargain. It arrived rolled up and shrink wrapped this says it all really, you can actually see the springs through the flimsy material it’s terrible. I’ve seen better mattresses at my local tip. My advice is, if something seems to good to be true it generally is. Would I recommend this deal to someone else not a chance and good luck to anyone who ignores this advice, it’s just a shame I didn’t look at the reviews before buying oh well only my self to blame.

I ordered a cool touch orthopedic double via wowcher. However I've received a different one, where you can literally feel everything on it. Absolutely disgusted by this company. I have requested a return and waiting to hear from them. Please avoid them.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Ordered a premium king size mattress via wowcher , misleading false advertising. very cheap budge mattress received , not orthopedic or memory foam like. very soft , cheap poor quality. Don't waste your money, read the reviews from the last year, wowcher should remove them as a seller. Disgusting.

After reading the awful reviews after I had already ordered a kingsize memory sprung mattress from this company off of wowcher I was very worried about what I was going to receive or if I was going to even get the mattress at all after what people were saying but I ordered on the 14th Nov and it was delivered by Hermes on the 19th Nov and I am so pleased with it, it came rolled up in a bag which worried me to start with but once opened it is nice and thick and for what I paid it’s a very comfy mattress and after having springs digging into me from my old one I’ve had a great nights sleep on it. I don’t write reviews very often but I felt after all the bad ones I’d read this company deserves a good one to show I had a great experience with them and wouldn’t be afraid to order from them again.

AVOID! No phone number to call because of “covid” makes no sense why they cannot answer the phone due to a virus. No communication when needed to arrange delivery just an email saying Monday between 9-5. When I emailed to check if it was coming no response. I lost a days wage waiting for a parcel that never arrived. When I finally got in touch with them the customer service rep I spoke to was rude as hell.

Don’t bother, from what I’ve read when it does show up it’s not a good mattress. The only time they finally reply is when you request a refund and even then they just try to blame you

Terrible worst company to date, false description and items you do NOT get what you see, They also charge you additional postage and returns postage fees even though its their fault. They try to get you to open the package and give you a load of rubbish to let the mattress settle for 3 days. I ordered the 4000 pocket spring mattress which i already have one which is impossible to be rolled up but they deliver it rolled up which cannot be done as its spring coiled so they lie about the product being what it is. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company i will also be making a complaint to wowcher to get them to be removed from their network.

Do not use this company for any orders. They are scamming ppl. The service with my order was and is atrocious. Every day they told me they are delivering item today, for over a week I made family stay home and wait but no one. Their emails are shocking, they don't listen to you when you say your delivery has not arrived. They even sent an extra mattress to my brother by mistake for his order, he sent it back to them and paid £20 for returning assuming they would cover this cost as it was their mistake, but they refuse to cover it, how is that fair? Then on top of that, 3 weeks later his bank account has showed up with them taking another £50 out!!! Absolutely shocking. They are not providing me with a number for someone to speak to also!

This has got to of been one of my top three worst purchases in my lifetime. The description of the mattress was really good and I was so excited at the prospect of receiving it!

Well it arrived!!! it was extremely poor quality, dirty and had a hole in it. My old mattress was in more of a saleable state than this one! I immediately did a PayPal chargeback and contacted Wowcher and Mattress Havern.
To return it you need to roll it back up which was virtually impossible!

Shocking company do not buy anything from this company they are miss leading people the pictures on their sites do not represent the actuall products there cheap and uncomfortable mattresses

No idea why I did not read the terrible reviews. They also stole my money by saying they would refund me fully after having the faulty item they sent me returned, they did not.

They say their mattresses are memory foam, they are NOT. They have springs inside, you can feel them sticking out of the mattress, they are made of the most cheap material, these are the same quality as those cheap ones on Ebay from China.

Mine had wood chips inside the mattress, I have never seen anything like it. Their ''customer support'' ignore your emails, they refuse to respond. Will be reporting them to consumer rights.

I've had enough of them as I ordered and sent the item back months ago, yet they still have my money.. theft is the only word for it. Imagine how many people they are doing this to?

Bought a double mattress through Wowcher. Delivery was really quick but that’s where the positive feedback ends. Mattress is rubbish quality it looks fine but it’s thinly padded and you sink in when you lie on it and definitely not memory foam not much anyway! You can feel the springs through the sides of mattress. Can’t be bothered to return. Lesson learnt. Should have read reviews first but at least i didn’t spend loads on it. I’ll be sharing my review on socials, youtube and with friends to warn them!

Mattress haven is one company that seems to think that they can sell poor quality items for a high price and not have to deal with the consequences.
I bought a mattress from them price marked at £450.
I was immediately shocked by the poor quality of the item and contacted them within minutes of delivery.
I was told that the mattress needs 72 hours to settle but it didn't get any better.
I contacted them and they said that if I would like to return the item for a refund I would he facing a £30 collection charge on top of the £30 I paid for delivery that is not refundable.

Purchased a mattress a couple of weeks ago which they've advertised as an orthopedic one, it wasn't!! Agreed with them that I would've received the full refund once the mattress would've been collected but, I've just found out this morning that the refund was only involving the mattress' cost and not the delivery charge. Their advert was deceiving and I'm not going to accept a charge for something not imputable to me. I won't pay for a lawyer fees so, not only they will have to refund £20 but also the stress they're causing. It will be fun.

Fantastic product very pleased with my mattress its so very comfy delivered within a few days excellent service would highly recommend

I purchased a king size matteess via wowcher from this company. The delivery company left my mattress outside and it has been taken. No proof of deliver (photo/signature) to prove it wasnt left unattended. However this company refuse to help, and are now ignoring me. STAY AWAY AND AVOID at all costs

Contacted Mattress Haven to ask about lead times as delivery was time sensitive due to our old mattress, which was faulty, being uplifted by the retailer in 7 days.

Delivery was advised as within 3 days of purchase so we proceeded with the transaction.
I also told Mattress Haven that, as I am disabled, there is just no way I can be without somewhere suitable to sleep.

After delivery date came and went with zero communication, I had no choice but to contact Wowcher as the sale was through their website

Finally, on the day my old mattress was uplifted, Mattress Haven contacted me to advise of a problem with their material and that delivery would now be over two weeks since purchase!

Haven't been refunded despite advising this would be done 'soon' and to allow another 7-10 WORKING days for refund to clear!

All told I will have been out of pocket to them for a month and my husband and I are sleeping (or trying to) on a duvet on the floor.

Absolutely disgusted. I have brought a single, small double and king. The quality is awful. They are not what was offered at all. I am currently going through many issues trying to get a full refund. I was offered this now there taking it away after asking me to roll and wrap them back up etc. I will be speaking to a solicitor if this matter isn’t dealt with ASAP. The material is all stick together and to the metal. I wouldn’t call it a memory foam too at all. Awful customer service and this isn’t finished with by far

I bought what was advertised as an Orthopaedic Mattress, what I received was definitely not! It was Terrible quality could feel all the springs, when you sat on it you hit the floor! After numerous emails asking for a return and refund they initially replied asking for pictures of the problem, the problem being it’s not the same mattress they advertised and they are now completely ignoring me! Will report to Trading Standards.

Mattress was not as advertised and the quality was dreadful! Could feel every spring! They did collect the mattress and refunded it, however it took 3 weeks to receive the mattress and caused too much stress going to and fro with emails. I had asked for a call and it was ignored.
