My review is a reflection of my experience with the company and industry, not the employees of the Clovis Ca store or the great delivery people. You can trust Sandy and Nicole to help you select the right mattress. They are 5 star people. I like many other customers was cautious and needed to make the right choice. We spend about 1/3 of our lives on a bed. Manufactures and distributors are slippery. Nearly impossible for customers to compare. There is no consistency or standards. Each company comes up with their own definition of firm and soft. Federal regulation is over due. I tested the mattress in the store before I selected A Beauty Rest. When that model mattress was delivered, I found that it was much harder/firmer than the one I selected. The mattress will take 30 days of use before it will meet the design specs. After consultation with the manger I agreed to give it 30 days. ML offers a 6 month exchange for a reasonable price. Must purchase their mattress cover to validate. That is included in the exchange fee. Their return policy is in fact, no returns. In order to get a return you must return the mattress unused in the original factory packing. The delivery staff takes all of that with them. That insures there are no returns. If you are looking for the Brand names, ML has the most popular including the Casper line.
