If I could give this jeweller no stars I would I bought a pendant from them 5 months ago and the stones have fallen out so I contacted them and they said to send it to them to be inspected which I done and they emailed me back to say it was my fault they had fallen out and they would sort the stones that had fallen out so I agreed to that a couple of days later I received the pendant back and when I opened it there was still one stone missing so I called them and the answer I got was it can’t be it was inspected before it left I said I have just received it from the post and to send pictures which I done to no reply so the next day I phoned them 5 times with no answer so I sent an email saying I was contacting trading standards 5 minutes later I received a phone call from her to continue telling me it was my fault the original stones had fallen out due to moisture and to refer to the care card which I did and it actually tells you on it to wash with water washing up liquid and rinse in water she said she was not refunding or replacing the pendant so they might be great to buy from but they certainly won’t help you if anything is fault.
