Deposit not returned when no work completed
My wife wanted to get pressed flowers. We found Traci’s Calvert aka Maui Floral Preservation, aka Traci Calvert Designs. My wife had a discussion with Traci. I was very interested in locking down a solution. Traci asked for a $3,000 deposit, which I sent via Venmo. After a while, my wife confided that she felt bullied by Traci into having her flowers preserved in her vision and not her own. Amber then went out to find another provider who wanted to deliver Amber’s vision and not another. I contacted Traci for a refund. She refused stating she had no refund policy. She then also claimed to have purchased materials in the 12 hours since we talked. I even offered to pay for non-refundable materials purchased even though I thought this was unlikely. Now there is no communication from Traci.
