this is a one star for now... I ordered about a week and a half ago with the 2-5 day shipping. I WANT A RESPONSE i emailed once, submitted a thing through their website, and even dmed them on instagram, NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Mauv i see you responding to people on here, respond to me please please please

Honestly, the clothes are very bad quality. All drop shipped, and the worst quality, for the HIGHEST prices. Took a month to ship the order, it arrived incorrect, they did ship the correct item HOWEVER i have been waiting for a pair of pants from this brand for TWO MONTHS. And they REFUSE to respond, or ship the item. Im now out 150$ in the worst quality clothes I have ever bought. They have the worst customer service, and will not respond to you. I have been asking them for an update of my missing item for over a month. I wish i could get my money back!!!

Feels like a scam. I ordered the Cyberpunk Forest Faux Leather Pants in February, but never received the goods, even after they charged my card. I never received a response to my three emails requesting updates and concerns. Not good, not worth the risk.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this website. I placed my order beginning of April, but other than the confirmation of purchase, I never received any communication from them. The order was never shipped, and the tracking link provided didn’t work.

I attempted to contact them through multiple email addresses — including the one listed on their website and another found on Trustpilot — but received no response. I later discovered that others had experienced the same issue, which prompted me to file a dispute with my bank.

Despite fighting the dispute, the company still never reached out to me or acknowledged my order in any way. Thankfully, I won the dispute and recovered my money — but if I hadn’t acted, they would have kept my money and delivered nothing.

This company is completely untrustworthy. Based on my experience, I seriously question the legitimacy of any positive reviews. Save yourself the time, money and frustration, go elsewhere. Please don’t fall for it — you will likely be scammed.

I would give 0 stars if I could..Do not Order here ! It is a scam, I have emailed multiple times dm’d on instagram and have yet to receive even on response or any update on my order , there’s no way for me to cancel the order or file for a return, terrible customer service! Do not support this company!

I ordered nearly one month ago and still did not receive it or get any update or answer. Tried to reach them again and again via Email, via contact form and also via instagram but not getting an answer. The money is gone, nothing was send.

I ordered a zip up hoodie recently and I haven’t gotten a responses to my two emails. Why even add a options to view my order if it takes me no where. I have no clue whether or not my order is on the way or forgotten

My order has not arrived after 3 weeks, the link provided to view my order does not exist and I haven't gotten a reply to 2 emails. As a parent, I am very disappointed that the pants my son chose over many others, will not be here for his senior prom and we have now had to scramble to find something that he can match with all the other existing items we have purchased and received.

To be honest, I was hoping for something mediocre, but Mauv Studio is exceptional. This is the epitome of luxury streetwear!

Fast service and great quality for the price. I enjoy shopping with here and makes it easier to find what I'm looking for than going out shopping.

EDIT: THEY DID NOT EMAIL ME THEIR REPLY IS FALSE , If I could give zero stars I would , this sight took my money and scammed me , I emailed them with no response , even messaged them on Instagram , at this point I’m going to open up a case with my bank if I don’t receive my item

My order has not updated. I’ve emailed twice and no answer. I can’t even cancel it. Terrible service. Terrible website DO NOT BUY

The quality of these clothes is just perfect. The fabric is so soft and cozy, and the fit is really flattering. I’ll definitely buy again.

Placed an order Dec 9th and haven’t received it. According to their shipping policy, it should take 8-9 days but it’s a lie I have emailed them several times and haven’t received a single email back from them.
DON’T even consider placing any orders with them!

It took a month and 3 days to receive my order and when it arrived it was a screen print rather than embroidered which is not what the image showed on the website. It is a scam. Such poor quality. I'm very dissappointed. I've emailed the company but based on what I'm reading here I probably won't hear back.

Scam website, beware! Ordered a top three weeks ago and no updates on shipment. I mailed them asking the status of the order multiple times and also reached out on Instagram TWICE and still no response. They say 8-10 days shipment but my order still shows as unfulfilled on the website. Don't order from here.

I've been waiting for 1month now, said 8-11days to delivery, my command on the site is still "Untreated", I sent many e-mail to them, no one respond to me, still waiting my command..

My purchase was too large for my son. I requested to make a return and received a response the next day. I received a full refund with no issues.

It took 28 days to receive the product. when I asked for a refund, they gave me a Chinese address for 41 dollars to return the product. And the quality of the product was really bad. Their address on the internet appears to be America, but they send the products from China. Probably from aliexpress.

I recently placed an order with Mauv Studio and I am very pleased with the products I received. The items are really cool and of good quality. However, the customer service took a bit of time to respond, which slightly delayed the resolution of my issue. Despite this, I am overall happy with my purchase and will likely order again.
