Makes me so upset I didn’t see these reviews earlier. I got easily fooled because I needed a dress fast. It’s been three weeks with no update and I’ve been pushing for a refund since I bought and found these reviews. Wouldn’t doubt it if I don’t see that express shipment money back. Save your funds and go elsewhere!!
This is fake, what you receive is different from website, do not order, it’s a scam online clothing shop. Do not trust them.
I ordered a dress and received a completely different dress. The only thing that was the same was the color. It was completely different style and different fabric then what is was sold to be via image on website. Prior to buying I looked at the return process and its notes a 30 day return window. Immediately once I received the item I filed to return. Now they are giving me the run around and not wanting to send me the return label. They offered me a 10% refund if I just keep the dress and they said they are graciously offering me that. I am still trying to get my refund, I dont want this ugly dress they sent to me.
dress taken 3 weeks to arrive looks absolutely nothing like the advertised version only 30 days to return for refund being ghosted by the company in regards to where I return the dress to for a full refund...will give them another few days before report to trading standards
