My experience has been extremely disappointing. It often feels like insurance companies are more focused on finding technical wording and loopholes to avoid paying claims than actually supporting their clients when they need help most.
Instead of protection and peace of mind, the process becomes stressful, with every word seemingly twisted against you. After paying premiums faithfully, customers expect fairness, transparency, and genuine assistance — not endless legal interpretations designed to deny claims.
I hope the industry moves toward greater transparency and customer care in the future, where insurers focus more on helping clients and building trust rather than looking for reasons not to pay.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service – refund delayed for weeks and no accountability

I have been waiting for my refund for more than six weeks and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I was constantly redirected between different companies (Refundandgo, Be Safe Group, MAWDY, and even the hotel where I purchased the insurance). No one takes responsibility, no one provides clear information, and every time I contact them, I receive a different answer.

I submitted all required documents several times, yet I keep being told that something is missing. This is simply unacceptable. A refund process should not take weeks, and customers should not have to chase multiple companies just to receive what they are contractually entitled to.

This level of disorganization and lack of transparency is highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this insurance partner.
