I used MaxConsult for a Level 3 building survey for a property in Pinner. The survey picked up several issues we wouldn’t have noticed ourselves and gave us a much clearer understanding of the property. Good value and a very professional service.

Max provided a really useful full building survey for our purchase of a 3-bed semi in Ruislip. The conversation prior to the report was really helpful, and Max took onboard specific things we wanted checked. The final report was thorough, clearly written, with useful advice on next steps, risks, and felt like a personalised product. We definitely recommend and use his conveyancing services again.

Max recently completed a RICS Level 3 survey for us after we had an offer accepted on a property in Hillingdon. Throughout the whole process Max has been extremely professional and easy to deal with. Ahead of the survey we sent him a list of our areas of concern regarding the property, he responded within 24hrs with in-depth explanations on how these would be assessed as part of the survey. The report was delivered on time and in an easy to digest, well laid out format which uses a scoring system to highlight the urgency of any work needed. The report was very comprehensive containing high quality images and details of recommended repairs. Cannot recommend him enough and would not hesitate to use again.

The booking process and the delivery of the report was swift and at a competitive price. However, what I was most impressed with was the quality of the report which was detailed and comprehensive. The layout was clear with attention to detail.
